通过对小鼠被动吸烟中毒死亡试验和精子形态观察 ,探讨葛根水抽提物抗香烟中有害物质对小鼠完整个体及其精子的毒害作用。结果显示 ,葛根水抽提物可使小鼠在密闭烟气环境中延长生命 ,同时对香烟中有害毒物所诱发的精子畸形率有明显的抑制作用 。
