摘要
该文提出了一种基于“与/或”归约的柔性工艺表达模型,为实现工艺过程动态设计与生产规划提供了一种新的技术方法。同时,详细描述了柔性工艺归约的有序搜索的算法,其中,宽度算法用来进行寻找可替代的工序、加工方法或设备,可拓宽工艺的柔性;深度算法用来进行工艺的可加工性设计和设备的负荷总体平衡,可预防决策短见。
A flexible process expression model based on reduction″OR/AND″tree and its algorithms are presented in this paper,which offers a new effective method for implementing dynamically process planning and production planning or scheduling.And two searching algorithms used are described.The width algorithm is used for searching available operations and equipments to widen processes,and the depth algorithm is used for searching all the feasible process paths to balance the load so as to preclude blindness in decision-making.
