尺寸是墙地砖的一个主要外观质量指标,现主要由人工进行检测,可靠性差。该文提出了一种实用的在线检测方法,该方法检测精度高,实时性能好,已应用于实际系统。此外,这一检测方法不但可应用于墙地砖,而且可以推广到其它相关材料的在线自动检测领域,其应用前景十分广阔。

Dimension is one of major appearance quality indexes.Until recently,it is inspected by human,and can't provide constant and consistent performance.This paper puts forward one pragmatic method of on-line inspection,which has high accuracy and good real-time performance and has been applied to practical system.This method can not only been used to on-line automated inspection of ceramic tiles but also been extended to that of other materials and has a promising utilization future.
