补体系统在创伤和感染中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 补体系统参与宿主创伤或感染后的重要防御机制,过度的激活则有害于机体,影响疾病的进展,严重的最终导致MOF和脓毒性休克。本文详述了创伤、烧伤、脓毒症、ARDS和MOF时的补体变化。
