摘要
研究了以KOH为催化剂催化环氧树脂与丙烯酸反应的动力学行为,讨论了催化剂浓度以及温度对该反应的影响.结果显示:KOH是有效的催化剂,当其用量为环氧树脂与丙烯酸质量和的0.5%~0.7%时,在90~110℃反应,在较短时间内可达到较高的转化率;该反应为一级反应,表观活化能为61.5kJ/mol.
The kinetics of the reaction of acrylic acid with epoxy resin in the presence of KOH is studied. The effects of temperature and concentration of the catalyst on the reaction is discussed. It is suggested that KOH is an effective catalyst. Conversion of the reaction can achieve a high level at 90~110 ℃ when the content of KOH is 0.5%~0.7%. It is a firstrate reaction and the apparent activation energy is 61.5 kJ/mol.
