小鸡视网膜神经节细胞的反应特性:多电极记录研究 被引量:6

摘要 视网膜主要进行视觉信息的初级加工和处理.应用多电极记录技术,对一小块保持功能活性的小鸡视网膜上的多个神经节细胞的电活动进行同步记录,然后通过相关非线性分析方法检测提取动作电位.对视网膜神经节细胞群体活动特性的分析,说明了视觉信息不仅为神经元的放电频率所编码,也为相邻神经元的协同放电活动所携带.
