On the Evolution of the Party's Concept on Agricultural Cooperative Economy and its Significance

农业合作经济应是当前社会主义市场经济条件下农村稳定家庭联产承包制、引导农民共同富裕的一种实现形式。从我党农业合作经济思想的历史发展来看,适应生产力发展是我党传统的合作经济思想的基本观点和方法论原则。继承、创新我党传统的农业合作思想对目前农业经营体制的完善、农民增收和新一轮农业合作理论与实践有重要的借鉴意义。

Within the system of socialist market economy,agricultural cooperative economy is a realizing form of the rural contracted family responsibilty system with remuneration linked to output and guiding farmers on the way of common wealth.The present paper,consiting of three parts,briefs on the evolution of the Party's thought on agricultural cooperative economy,analyses and affirms our party's basic viewpoints and methodological principles on this issue which fit the development of productive forces,and illustrates the significance of inheriting and innovating our party's traditional thought on agricutural cooperation to the improvement of the present agricutural managing system,farmers' income and new_round agricultural cooperation.
