电子货币支付方案的比较及我国电子货币支付的对策研究

An international analysis of electronic money and China's countermeasures

电子货币的解决方案是电子支付方案中最核心的内容,本文从发展沿革中比较分析发达国家的三种有代表性的电子货币解决方案。由于我国电子支付起步较晚,电子货币的解决方案必须借鉴其他先行国家的经验,同时防范先行国家已出现的问题。立足本国国情,提出SET协议不适合我国现有国情的观点,分析我国的电子货币解决方案,结论是应优先发展小额支付和微支付。

The solution to electronic money is the key to the electronic payment solution. This paper analyzes the three representative electronic money solutions in the developed countries. Because the electronic payment has started relatively late in China, it must benefit by the experience of other advanced countries and avoid their problems. The SET protocol is unsuitable for China's conditions. The conclusions: the development of micropayment and small-sum payment is a top priority in China.
