摘要
文章在介绍行为科学中激发动机理论和需要层系理论之后,运用马斯诺需要层系理论的分类方法,对全局职工思想状况进行了调查,通过对不同经济发展水平、不同年龄、不同地位三个样本组的对照分析,找出了导致区别与差异的原因,进而根据内外因的关系,提出了人力资源管理工作的基本思路。
Beginning with the introduction of the stimu -lating theory and the theory of needs levels,the author made an investigation on the ideological condition of the staff in the bureau by application of classification method of Maslow's theory.By analysis of the three sample groups -economy development levels,ages and status ,the article finds out the causes of differences of need levels in the bureau.Then it presents the view on management of the human resources.
