摘要
采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和电化学腐蚀等技术研究了 3种不同束流密度的强脉冲离子束辐照对Ni3 Al合金表面形貌与物相及电化学腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明 :IPIB辐照时 ,试样最外表面的温度远超过Ni3 Al合金的熔点 ,造成试样表面融化 ,从而清洁和抛光试样表面 ;随离子束流密度的增加 ,Ni3 Al合金表面的物相呈现规律性的变化 ,分别产生形变织构、部分非晶及新相 ,使Ni3
The effects of intense pulsed ion beams (IPIB) irradiati on on surface morphology, phase evolution and the property of electrochemical corr osion for Ni 3Al alloy were studied through X-ray diffraction, scanning electr on microscopy and electrochemical corrosion test. It is found that the temperatu re of out-most surface of targets greatly exceeds the melting point of Ni 3Al alloy during IPIB irradiation, which makes the surface layer melt, cleaned and p olished. The phase states of surface layer of Ni 3Al alloy show a regular respo nse to the current density of IPIB. The deformation texture, minor amorphous and new phase appear with the increase of current density of IPIB. And the electroc hemical corrosion resistance of Ni3Al alloy could be improved by IPIB irradiatio n.
