“地理学”的哲学思考

The philosophical idea on geography

通过对地理学的历史、体系及特性的分析 ,表明现代地理学的逻辑演化、发展趋势的同一性 ,即地理学必然朝着地理哲学与统一地理学的方向发展。同时对中西人地关系思想做了客观而科学的比较 ,从而对地理学的最基本的理论———人地关系论做了后现代学科的哲学内涵的概括。进而得出地理学的哲学含义是探讨地球表面诸现象的时空规律的科学。尤其对中西方的地理学的科学内涵给予科学的论证 ,并指明统一地理学必然是地理学发展的基本趋势。

The logical evolution and developing identity in mode rn geography can be shown through the analysis on history, system and properties i n geography. That is, geography must advance towards philosophy and unitary geog raphy. Meanwhile, the objective and scientific comparison on ideas of man and ea rth, between Sino-western geography, has been made, so that the basic theory of geography, the relation between man and earth, is generalized in the connotation of postmodern philosophy. Moreover, it concludes that the philosophical definit ion of geography is the science that probes laws of time and space, relating to the phenomena on global surface; unitary geography is the basic tendency of the development of geography. In particular, it is the scientific proof to the conno tation of the Sino-western geography as well.
