本文探讨了划分部门法价值的标准 ,批判了各种经济法价值观点 ,论证了经济法的主要功能是保护和促进社会公共经济利益 ,而且社会公共经济利益主要由经济法来保护和促进 ,因此 。
The author seeks the value of distinguishing various br anches law, comments on all kinds of views on value of economic law, argues that the principle function of economic law is to protect and advance the social pub lic economic interest. The social public economic interest is mostly protected a nd advanced by economic law as well. So the ultimate value of economic law is so cial public economic interest.
