摘要
文章主要从法律行为理论角度探讨了物权行为的内涵 ,认为物权合意独立构成物权行为 ,交付和登记非其构成要素。本文还从物权行为与债权行为。
The paper explores the connotation of property act from legal behavior theory and holds that property independently constitutes property act, whereas payment and registration do not. The paper further explains its connotation in comparison with such related concepts as debt act, fact behavior and so on.
