Wanli University has carried out reforms in its system for running the University, and adopted an entirely new operational mechanism in terms of introducing 'market concept', 'charging fees according to educational costs' and 'expanding its student enrolment when needed' in order to guarantee its tremendous and continuous funds for laboratory construction. For the purpose of training innovative and able students with comprehensive quality , the university has deepened its reform in conducting and managing experiments and innovated its operational mechanism, teaching and management of experiments, therefore, have been sped up.
