论高校创新人才成长环境的构建

The Construction of the Conducive Environment for Creative Talents

创新人才的培养是一个系统工程 ,其成长需要特定的环境条件。针对目前创新人才成长环境的局限性 ,提出高校在构建创新人才成长环境时 ,要在实施创新教育、改革学生评价体系、建立创新基地。

To innovate the training of creative talents is a systematic project, it requires special condition. Against the limitations of the growing environment of creative talents now, it is raised in this paper that the factors such as creative education, evaluation system, creative base, campus culture and high quality faculty need to be concerned while constructing the innovative environment.
