摘要
钨合金白口铸铁脆性大 ,直接制造衬板易断裂。为此研究了碱金属元素K、Na对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明 ,钨合金白口铸铁经K、Na变质处理后 ,共晶碳化物由网状分布变成断网状、团球状分布 ,碳化物明显细化和分布均匀化。碳化物形态的改善使钨合金白口铸铁的冲击韧性和抗冲击磨损性能明显提高。变质钨合金白口铸铁衬板应用于球磨机 ,使用安全、可靠 ,寿命达到高锰钢衬板的
Tungsten alloy white cast iron which has great brittleness is apt to fracture when directly used to make liners. The study of the effect of potassium and sodium which are elements of alkali metal on its structure and properties shows that when tungsten alloy white cast iron is inoculated by potassium and sodium, its eutectics carbides will turn from network form into fractured network or nodular form, with carbides obviously finer and more uniformly distributed. The improvement of carbide shape can lead to remarkably improved impact toughness and impact wear resistance. The application of inoculated tungsten alloy white cast iron liner in ball mill can be safe and reliable, with the service life over three times that of high manganese steel liner.
