摘要
随着我国法治进程的加快,"满堂灌"式的法律课程教学模式急待改革。立足"依法治国"的社会大背景,重视应用司法实例烘托法制氛围,法律课程教学就能较好地激发学生的学习热情,变"要我(学生)学"为"我(学生)要学",契合变"学生被动学习"为"学生自主学习"的教育理念,实现由"教师为主体"向"学生为主体"的教学模式的变革。
Cramming' teaching methods in law courses demands reform with Chinas accelerated course for ruling by law.Legal case study should be an important part in handling law courses so that learners interest will be inspired and their will to learn strengthened,and the law courses teaching grown from teachercentered into studentcentered one.
