随着我国法治进程的加快,"满堂灌"式的法律课程教学模式急待改革。立足"依法治国"的社会大背景,重视应用司法实例烘托法制氛围,法律课程教学就能较好地激发学生的学习热情,变"要我(学生)学"为"我(学生)要学",契合变"学生被动学习"为"学生自主学习"的教育理念,实现由"教师为主体"向"学生为主体"的教学模式的变革。
