摘要
通过对广东地区承担国家863项目的现状分析,提出广东地区在申请863计划等国家重大科技计划项目中,应鼓励和促进企业与高校、科研院所"强强"联合,更好地为广东技术创新事业作出应有的贡献.
This paper analyzes the actuality that the National 863 Program is in Guang Dong Area.In addition,how to encourage and promote the union among enterprise,college academy is discussed and put forward in this paper in applying National Key Technologies R&D Program.That will be propitious to the scientific and technological innovation cause of Guang Dong province.
