Discussion on Development of Upland Rice Cultivation in Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Area

水安全问题是 2 1世纪我国面临的三大安全问题之一。针对京津唐地区水资源严重短缺与水稻种植比较收益较高、需水多、水利用率低的矛盾 ,本文就在京津唐地区发展水稻旱作的社会、生态和生理基础等问题进行了探讨。

In the 21 st century, water safety is one of the most critical three problems in China. In order to solve the contradictions between severe shortage of water resources and higher relative profits, more water demand and lower water utilization ratio in rice production, the paper discussed some problems of social, ecological and physiological bases for developing upland rice cultivation in Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan area.
