摘要
我国各地存在不少乌鸡种群 ,可能是不同地区饲养者长期对其进行有目地的选择的结果 ,加上地域的封闭作用 ,从而形成形态各异 ,又具有某些特征 (如乌骨、乌皮、乌肉 )的各种乌鸡。乌骨鸡是我国特有的药用珍禽 ,其中中国泰和鸡是突出的代表。乌骨鸡的皮肤和内脏中含有大量的黑色素 ,呈现出深黑色。乌骨鸡的黑色素表现为伴性遗传。泰和乌骨鸡作为药用在中国民间历史悠久。我国著名的中成药“乌鸡白凤丸”的主要成份是乌骨鸡的肉、内脏和骨 ;是妇科常用良方 ,还能提高血小板数目和功能 ,对垂体、肾上腺皮质系统机能有一定的增强作用。动物实验证明乌骨鸡的营养成分能够延缓衰老过程。
There are several breeds of black-bone chicken in China, this may be caused by long time intend select in different areas and geographical blockage. These black-bone chickens have certain variance, but have some common characteristics such as black bone, black skin as well as black muscle. Black-bone chicken is special and precious bird. Chine Taihe Chicken is the famous and typical one. The skin and viscera of birds have much melanlin which is sex-linked inheritance. The birds are used as medical food has a long history in China. The famous traditional Chinese prepared medicine “wujibaifengwan”(black chick and white phoenxy) made by meat and viscera and bone of the bird, which is good gynaecology drug, and it can improve number of thrombocyte and its function, and improve hypophysis and adrenergic function. Animal experiment shows that tissue of the bird can prolong life.
