健全农业知识产权保护制度 发挥科技人员发明创造积极性

Improving Protection System of Agricultural Intellectual Property and Fully Exerting Invention Creation Enthusiasm of Agricultural Sci-tech Stuffs

在遵循 WTO规则和结合我国国情的基础上 ,强化以专利制度为核心的农业知识产权保护制度的建设 ,对于农业科技成果的保护 ,调动和发挥农业科技人员发明创造的积极性 ,特别是对解决我国“三农”问题 (农民问题、农业问题、农村问题 )尤为重要。

Based on the foundation of WTO rules and the national conditions of our country, some measures have been given out to further improvement the existing agricultural intellectual property management system and encourage policy in China. It will be emphasized that the construction of agricultural intellectual property protect system with patent system as its core, is very important to protect the agricultural sci-tech achievement, to fully power the invention and creation enthusiasm of agricultural sci-tech stuffs, especially for solution the “three farming” problem (farmer problem, agricultural problem, rural problem) in China.
