因子分析及其在作物性状相关研究中的应用

FACTOR ANALYSIS AND ITS APPLICATION TO CORRELATION STUDIES OF CROP CHARACTERS

因子分析是一种比较新颖的多元统计方法,国外在许多领域广为应用,但国内农学界尚未引起重视。本文结合春小麦主要农艺性状的相关分析资料对因子分析的原理、方法和步骤进行了较为详尽的讨论。初步认为因子分析的结果可以用来指导育种实践,按单个因子即性状群进行选择比按单个性状选择的效果要好。

Factor analysis is widely used as a multiple statistical method in various branches of science abroad, but has not been paid enough attention to in our country, especially in agronomy. In this paper, principles and procedures of factor analysis are illustrated in detail, and example of spring wheat correlation studies is employed to explain this method further. Results showed that selection or evaluation of certain characteristics should be based on the single factor or set of traits in the practical breeding programs of crops.
