摘要 有机导电纤维对于解决化纤织物静电效果显著 ,可以避免主动吸灰。对于间隔存在有机导电纤维长丝的织物 ,由于放电残余电荷的存在 ,在多灰尘情况下会出现被动沾灰而形成灰条的现象。研究表明 ,使用适当的抗静电剂 (如PTM 0 1等 )的复合整理可以有效地解决此类问题 ,并使织物达到多功能性。 The bi component anti static fibers are useful to solve the static problem in textile, the fabrics made of these fibers can avoid soiling initiatively. But in the case of dry dusty area, the fabrics with interval bi component anti static filaments may appear dust strip along the filaments as the remains of electrostatic charge is gathered around the filaments after discharge. The result of study shows that multi function can be reached by anti static agent composite finish, including soil free.
