高锰酸钾法降低自来水锰含量的技术运用 被引量:8

摘要 在水的pH接近中性的条件下 ,水中的二价锰可被高锰酸钾迅速氧化为四价锰 ,并通过沉淀和过滤去除。以小试的结果为依据 ,考察了不同条件下利用高锰酸钾去除原水中锰的不同效果 ,并运用于生产试验。结果表明 ,在不改变任何工艺参数的条件下 ,根据原水中的锰含量高低投加适最高锰酸钾对锰有很好的去除效果 。 When the pH of raw water was near to neutral, the Mn (Ⅱ) in water will be easy to oxidize to Mn(Ⅳ) by potassium permanganate and the tetravalent manganese could be removed by sedimentation and filtration. These have been researched by jar test to investigate the Mn removal of raw water under various conditions, and also pilot plant experiment was conducted. The results have shown that in case no any operating parameters of the waterworks were changed, best Mn removal has been obtained under proper permanganate dosage. The Mn residue in output water is quite enough to meet the requirement of the national drinking water standard.
