摘要
O3在饮用水深度处理中的应用越来越多 ,O3的投加、溶解方法和尾气吸收效果直接影响到水处理成本。经对以氧气为气源生产的O3化氧气溶解试验 ,采用CSTR反应器串联 ,可使O3化氧气几乎全部溶解 ,不用设尾气破坏装置 ,降低O2 ,O3使用成本 4 0 %以上。
Ozone becomes more and more used for the advanced treatment of drinking water. The methods of O 3 dosing and dissolving and the absorbing effect of tail gas directly influence the cost of water treatment by this method. The ozonized air is almost completely decomposed through series decomposition tanks in the continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) facility, in this case the ozone is generated from open air. So the tail gas demolition could be avoided, and by this way the expenses of O 2 and O 3 consumption decreased more than 40%.
