摘要
通过生产实践 ,分析POY条干不匀率对DTY质量的影响 ,发现了POY条干不匀率与DTY物检CV值的线性关系 ,提出了改进DTY质量、降低DTY物检CV值首先要降低POY条干不匀率 。
Through production practice, the POY-sliver-unevennesss affecting to DTY quality is analysed, found thatDTY CV% varies as POY-sliver-unevenness linearly, suggested that in order to improve the DTY quality and decreaseDTY CV%.decreasing POY-sliver-unevenness must be done at first , and how to dicrease POY-sliver-unevenness hasalso been investigated and discussed in this paper.
