假植组培苗的苗床基质要求疏松透气,假植前,要预先消毒,以防细菌、霉菌感染;假植后两个星期内必须搭棚覆盖塑料薄膜,或采用大棚内移植,以保湿、保温;水肥管理是一重要环节;还必须及时治虫、防鼠,提高幼苗成活率。
