摘要
The concept of the technical service in coatings sales in foreign countries is introduced. the principle, connotation and resource disposition of technical service in coatings sales are studied. We have a long way to go while conpared with foreign coatings industry in methods for carrying out technical services. how to organize and consummate our technical service, and then to promote the industry as a whole, the author gives some thoughts on them.
