摘要
本文介绍了采用水平浓淡风煤粉燃烧器在一台 4 10t/h锅炉上解决高温腐蚀问题的应用 ,分析了该炉产生高温腐蚀的原因 ,提出了解决方案 ,并进行了炉内冷态空气动力场试验 ,在热态运行的条件下对炉壁处烟气含氧量进行了测量 ,得到了侧二次风开度对炉内空气动力场和壁面烟气成分的影响规律 。
In order to slove the water-cooled wall high temperature corrosion in a 410t/h boiler,a horizontal bias combustion pulverized coal burner with side secondary air (HBC-SSA burner)is used.The reason of high temperature corrosion is analyzed and the solution is proposed.The air dynamic test in the furnace is performanced,and the O 2 concentration near the water-cooled wall is measured.The influence of the dump position of side secondary air is obtain,which can guide the high temperature corrosion resistance technology in the boiler burning lean coal of high sulfur content.
