摘要
提出了一种以自研发的专用集成电路为核心的单相接地选线装置 ,该装置综合运用零序电流和零序电压进行时序鉴别、幅值鉴别和信号连续性鉴别 ,实现 6~ 1 0kV电网单相接地故障的准确选线 ,并通用于中性点不直接接地电网的过补偿、欠补偿和无补偿系统 ,能区分永久性和瞬间性接地故障 ;还具有零序CT断线检验、PT断相鉴别及整机性能自检演示等功能 ,并详细介绍了该选线装置的构成原理。
The core of the fault line selective protector this paper will explain is ASIC invented by ourselves.The protector uses zero sequence current and zero sequence voltage to realize time sequence discriminating,amplitude discriminating and signal continuity discriminating,thereby it can accurately select the fault lines when single phase grounding fault occurs in 6-10kV power system. This protector can be used in power system with neutral point nondirectly grounding whether the system is of over compensation,under compensation,or non compensation;It can discriminate permanent grounding fault and instant grounding fault;It also has the ability to indicate zero sequence CT line breaking,to discriminate PT phase line breaking,and to check and demonstrate itself.The paper discusses the principle and the setting of the single phase grounding fault line selective protector.
