论农民养老中的政府职能

Studies on the Functions of Govemments in Supporting Parents in the Country

在现行农民养老体系中,政府尽管做了大量工作,但总体支持力度不够,影响了农村老年保障制度的正常发展。政府应明确和确立其主体地位,充分发挥自身职能,以促进农民养老问题的解决和农村老年保障制度的健康发展。

In the current old age keeping, the government has done a great amount of work. But in general, Its support for the old age protection system is not effective enough, which affects the normal development of the old age protection System in the country. The government should be well aware and establish well its principal role in the solving of farmer's old age keeping problem. Also the government ought to make good use of its function to accelarate the regular development of the old age protection system in the country.
