摘要
采用固培法对上海建坪常用冷季型草坪草的 4个属 16个品种进行种子萌发期及幼苗生长早期阶段耐盐能力的比较研究。结果表明 :草坪草品种的发芽率和幼苗生物量随盐浓度的升高而降低 ,参试的 4个属草坪草种子耐盐性次序为草坪型黑麦草 (Lolliumperence) >草坪型高羊茅 (Festucaarundinace) >剪股颖(Agrostisstolonifera) >草地早熟禾 (Poapratensis) 。草坪草品种间耐盐能力存在明显差异 ,夜影黑麦草 (Eveningshade)最强 ,在 1.5 %的高盐逆境下 ,发芽率与相对干物质累积分别高达 40 .4%和 44 .6% ,蒙托克高羊茅 (Montal lk)、特拉华黑麦草 (Delaware)
The experiments were carried out comparing 16 varieties of 4 genera for salt tolerance by biotechnology during seed germinative stage and earlier growth stage of lawn grass.The results showed the germination rate of seeds and the biomass of lawn grass were all declined with the rising of salt concentration. The order of the salt tolerance of seeds of tested 4 genera during germinative stage was Lollium perence>Festuca arundinace>Agrostis stolonifera>Poa pratensis. The salt tolerance of different varieties was obvious difference: 'Evening shade' of Lollium perence powerfully tolerated to salt culture medium, the germination rate of seeds and relative dry product (plant) were 40.4% and 44.6% in 1.5% of salt concentration,respectively. Those of 'Moutallk' of Festuca arundinace and 'Delaware' of Lollium perence were the second.
