摘要
天然除虫菊不仅对害虫有强烈的触杀作用 ,而且还有熏蒸、驱赶和击倒的作用。加之其具有高效广谱和低毒的特性 ,除虫菊被作为防治卫生害虫的一种理想的天然杀虫剂。由天然除虫菊素衍生而来的拟除虫菊酯 ,例如 ,烯丙菊酯、炔丙菊酯、炔戊菊酯等是一类仿生杀虫剂系列 ,其立体构造对生物活性有着重大的影响。拟除虫菊酯的光学活性开发是未来拟除虫菊酯的一个发展方向。拟除虫菊酯是一类容易产生抗药性的杀虫剂 ,但品种间抗药性发展的速度和水平差异较大。拟除虫菊酯光学活性的研究在定向合成。
Natural pyrethrum not only has the contact killing action, but also has fumigating, repelling and knockdown effect on insects. With its high efficacy and low toxicity, natural pyrethrum is an ideal natural insecticide control household insects. Pyrethroids deriving from natural pyrethrum, such as allethrin, prallethrin, empenthrin, are a series of bionic insecticide, whose cubic structures have observably influence on the bioactivity. The development of optical activity pyrethroid is a trend of new pyrethroids in the future. Pyrethroid is one kind of insecticide easily producing insecticide resistance. However, the difference of developing speed and level of the insecticide resistance among varieties of pyrethroids is significant. Still, many technical obstacles in the research of optical pyrethroid, such as directional synthesis, enzymatic resolution and membranous resolution, have to be overcome yet.
