在调车作业中,防止车当作业时人身伤害事故的发生,是车站调车作业安全管理的重要内容。应用事故树分析法对调车作业中车当作业人身伤害事故进行定性分析,通过将事故诱因(构成事故的基本事件)作出排序,并有针对性地提出预防对策,可有效防止人身伤害事故的发生。

To avoid the personal injury caused by buffer-stop operation during shuntingis an important part of safety management for station shunting operation. This papercarries out a qualitative analysis on the personal injury accidents caused by buffer-stop operation during shunting by means of Failure Tree Analysis Method. By sortingthe inducements (the basic events that compose the accident) of accident and byputting forward the preventive counter-measurements with aimed purpose, the personalinjuries can be effectively prevented.
