摘要
根据铁路建设规划,到2015年我国将建成“八纵八横”铁路网主骨架,但在上海—昆明与深圳—昆明通道间的广大地区没有连接西南至东南沿海地区的横向通道,为填补这一地区铁路网空白,加快西部大开发进程,结合该地区吸引范围和客货运量情况,提出了修建西南地区至广州和至厦门的铁路通道方案。
According to the planning of railway construction,China will set up a framework of 'eight-longitude-eight-horizon'railway branch lines by year 2005. However, there is lack of ahorizontal channel linking southwest and southeast coastalregions for the vast areas along Shanghai-Kunming channeland Shenzhen-Kunming channel. To supply such a gap ofrailway network, and to speed up the process of WestExploitation, associated with the range that this region coversand the status of passenger and freight volume, this papersuggests a plan to construct railway channels linking southwestregion with Guangzhou, and southwest with Xiamen.
