摘要 以甲苯二异氰酸酯及聚丙二醇合成适合胶粉铺设粘度的预聚体,通过实验确定了最佳的工艺条件及工艺配方,制备得到了运动场用高分子材料.对影响材料性能的主要因素进行了分析. In this paper the modified macromolecular materials used for playground was synthesized through the prepolymer containing 2, 4toluene diisocyanate and polypropleneglycol with proper viscosity. The optimal technological conditions and formula were determined by experiment, The major influential factor on material properties was discussed.
