文章介绍了野韭菜的基本生物特性,综合分析了其食用价值和潜在的药用价值,提出了野韭菜开发利用的基本对策。
It introduced the basic characteristic of wide chinese chives, and analyzed its diet value and potential value for medicine. Furthermore, it put forward the basic measures of exploiting and utilizing the wild chinese chives in Anhui Eastern Area.
