摘要 以广泛应用于汽车行业及精密机床上的20CrMo渗碳齿轮为例,介绍了一种将热处理、精滚以及淬火等工序组合成单一在线加工工艺的精滚形变热处理工艺方法,并建立了滚挤过程中轮齿的双面啮合受力模型,推导出完整的轮齿变形计算公式. An ausform finishing process that integrates heat treatment,roll finishing and hardening of steel components into a single online manufacturing operation is discussed in this paper, with the gear steel 20CrMo which is widely used in auto and precise machine industry as an example. The tooth engagement process ismodeled, and the formulas for calculating deformation are deduced.
