摘要
本文首先分析了我国能源消费现状及其特点,然后从上海合作组织成员国的资源、市场条件出发,分析了成员国之间在能源领域开展合作的潜力,并提出合作的重点方向。
This paper firstly summarizes the present situation and characters of energy consumption in China, and then analyzes the cooperation potentials among members of Shanghai Cooperation Organization based on the resources and markets, finally recommend the key fields of cooperation in energy.
