随着2002我国经济的快速发展,中国石油市场需求相应增长,资源供给回升,在石油和石化行业领域都出现了不同程度的效益增长。预计新的一年我国石油市场消费需求仍将稳定增长,而油价在国际水平基本保持不变的情况下,也不会有大幅波动。对于我国来说,控制资源仍是调节供需平衡的主要手段。

The profits of the petroleum and petrochemical industries in 2002 can be increased because of increasing of oil demand and oil supply with the rapid development of economy in 2002 in China. It has been expected that the oil demand in China will still be increased in 2003 whereas the international oil price cannot be changed dramatically. So it is important that oil use in China should be saved.
