摘要
无粘结后张预应力混凝土管是一种新型的排水管道 ,通过试验测试了管壁中预应力筋的作用效果及管道的抗水压能力。测试结果表明 ,无粘结后张预应力钢筋混凝土管可以满足设计水压要求 ,并且相对于同样尺寸和配筋量的普通钢筋混凝土管 ,可以大幅度提高对内水压的抵抗能力。与同样等级的三阶段成型预应力钢筋混凝土管相比 ,可以减少钢筋用量 ,简化施工工序 ,提高经济效益。
The unbonded post\|tensioned prestressed concrete drain pipe is a new type of product. Three specimens were tested to study the effective prestress strength around concrete drain pipe and the capacity to resist inside water pressure. The test results show that the prestressed concrete drain pipe has higher capacity to resist inside water pressure than a normal traditional concrete drain pipe of the same size and steel ratio. It can save steel bar, simplify construction procedure and cut the cost. This new type of drain pipe, with a low cost, can be widely used.
