摘要
以牛血或猪血为材料 ,分离的血清开发凝血酶后 ,对红血球经溶血 ,结合铜离子效应 ,通过热变性、有机溶剂沉淀Cu+ + 跟踪等方法 ,获得超氧化歧化酶 (SOD) ,使同一原材料得到充分利用 ,减少环境污染 ,提高畜牧副产品的附加值。
The blood of cattle (or pig) was used. Besides separating thrombin from blood serum,SOD could be obtained highly active from blood compusle through the comprehensive methods such as hemolysis,combinating effect of copper ion,heat denaturation,organic solvent deposit copper ion tracking. This method was helpful for environment protection and additional value of farming by-product improving.
