摘要 赵芯 2井是位于赵兰庄构造上的一口预探井 ,钻探目的是探明赵兰庄构造油气资源及H2 S资源情况。1979年 4月 7日完井 ,2 0 0 1年井口冒油。针对该井高含H2 S及井口有不明堵塞物的特殊情况 ,通过使用旋转防喷器、液气分离器、真空除气器、不压井起下装置等完善的配套设备 ,在封堵中采取了封闭井口环空、带压起下钻等一系列工艺技术 ,安全顺利地完成了赵芯 2井封堵硫化氢作业 ,为含H2 As an exploration well located in the structure of Zhaolanzhuang, Well Zhaoxin 2 was drilled to verify the oil and gas reserves and the resource of hydrogen sulfide. This well was completed in 1979 and oil was found oozing from the wellhead in 2001. Based on the condition of high content of hydrogen sulfide and blockage of unknown matters at the wellhead, the following associate equipment such as rotary BOP, liquid/gas separator, vacuum degasser, and special tripping equipment free of killing job were used during the shutting off operation. Meanwhile, such techniques as closing the wellhead annular and pressured tripping were carried out, and the hydrogen sulfide shutting off operation in well Zhaoxin 2 was performed safely and successfully.
