摘要
本文对薏苡开花习性及花粉、柱头成熟期进行了研究,为其杂交育种提供依据。
Jobstears is a crop used for both grain and medicine purpose, and the seed is usually used. Hybridization by artificial pollination can overcome the difference in seed ripe, more blighted seeds and low yield. Its maximum bloom is from 9 to 10 o'clock in the morning every day. Field blossom is from the early July to the mid August.Pollen viability maintains 13 hours under indoor temperature and 7 days in the refrigerat-or. Stigma viability is 9 days.
