摘要
通过对茂名石化乙烯公司乙二醇反应器超温联锁故障的现场查找与处理,找出引发仪表联锁误动作的原因,并对引发联锁误动作的电源设备进行了相应改进。在仪表电源局部故障引起供电电压下降的模拟实验中发现,当仪表电源电压下降至额定值的70%时,没有产生仪表误信号,决不能因此就片面认为电压降低不是引起故障的原因,当电压由低点向额定值恢复的过程瞬间也会引发仪表误信号,在查找故障时应引起注意。
The causes of raising instrument wrong interlock were found and relative improvement was made for the power device raising wrong interlock by trouble shooting in field and processing of EO/EG reactor overtemperature interlock scram. In a simulation test of voltage decrease caused by local power failure it is found that no instrument error signal while instrument voltage of failure. Instrument error signal may be occur in the process of power voltage from low point to rated value. More attention should be paied in trouble shooting.
