The faulttolerant control technique is researched at acid water gas stripper device in aromatic hydrocarbon plant and the model of faulttolerant control is built by methods based on the time series and polynomial regression analysis. Fault detection is implemented by method based on getting two from all three decisions to implement faulttolerant control. The practical application shows that the methods have achieved good results.
