摘要
本文介绍一种用 CMOS集成电路组成的通用多位电子按键开关电路的结构及工作原理。它既可以具有直接的切换功能 ,也可以具有自锁切换功能。因而通用性强、适用面广 。
This paper presents the structure and working principle of a gereral multiposition electronic switch cireuit consistcd of CMOS integrated circuit.It can not only be of direct switching function,but self-locking switching function.Thus it is strong generality and wide usability.It has certain practical significance in production practice.
