摘要
进入WTO以后的政府管理职能正在从管理型向服务型转变。为了能够有效地为社会、为企业、为民众提供服务,政府必须利用客户关系管理原则(CRM)区分不同的服务对象,为这些不同的客户提供适当的、有效的服务,这样才能完成发展经济、稳定社会的政府职能。
Since China's entry into WTO,administration function of government is changing into service style from administration style.In order to provide service for society,corporation and people effectively,the government must make full use of the principles of CRM to deal with different service objects in different ways and to offer them proper and effective services.Only in this way,can we put the function of developing economic and stabilizing society effectively into practice.
