论技术传播的社会学机制——兼论我国加入WTO后技术引进问题

Studies on the Mechanismof Sociology in Technology Communication

本文运用现代社会学理论,从社会结构、社会流动、社会变迁三个方面分析讨论了技术传播的社会学机制。作者认为,本土技术在社会系统中的传播方向依次为行动子系统层次→制度子系统层次→规范子系统层次→价值观念子系统层次;社会对技术传播控制的方向正好相反;外来技术在社会系统中传播的方向是同时向社会系统中的各个子系统层次辐射传播,外来技术的传播是某一社会系统进化(变迁)的重要根源。

Applying the theory of modern sociology,the paper has discussed the sociological mechanism of the technology communication from the aspects of social structure,social mobility and social change.The author holds that the course of the technology communication in social systems is from the levels of action subsystems to the levels of institution subsystems,then to the levels of norm subsystems and to the levels of value subsystems;however,the course of technology communication control of society is on the contrary;moreover,the course of foreign technology communication is to all the levels of the social systems at the same time.Communication of foreign technology is regarded as the source of some social systems change.
