技术创新战略关系着企业技术创新的成功概率、效益大小和实施途径。文章从理论探讨和实证分析两方面论述了我国工业企业技术创新战略的选择,指出应着眼于提高企业核心竞争能力、提高经济效益这个中心来具体选择创新战略。

The strategy of technology innovation is critical to the possibility of success,the amount of benefit and the method of implementation.This article explains the choice of strategy of corporations' technology innovation in China from both theoretical discussion and analytic demonstration, and points out that choice of innovation strategy should be made on the basis of improvement of corporation's core competence and the increase of its economic efficiency.
